All we can say is WOW!! What an absolutely incredible day it was!!

The community showed up big time for Aiden, and we cannot thank you enough- from the volunteers who worked (so many hands!🙏♥️), to the many businesses and people who donated to the Raffle (so so many incredible offerings 🙏♥️), to the online campaign donations, to the many beautiful faces we saw yesterday from all over, thank you for coming!! 🙏🙏♥️♥️

Second Chance Band rocked the house, the weather was perfect, and you could feel the love in the air ♥️

And special thanks to the Anonymous Donor who made Aiden’s dreams come true with a BRAND NEW GOLF CART!!! Incredible. Not a dry eye in the house and he took right off on it! 🛺💨

So much love and support for an amazing young man and his family. We will keep you posted about the final funds raised, but for now we will rest with full hearts and tremendous gratitude to be part of such a wonderful community 🙏🙏🙏

Spring is in the air (finally!!), and we are here for it!! We’ve been hard at work constructing a new catering building that fits in beautifully with the venue. No rented white canvas sanitation tents needed from now on. This structure is going to be gorgeous, and will make our catering run even more flawlessly. We wanna move into it, haha!

Hello, Friends, Family, & Neighbors, both near and far~

When we moved to Round Top in 2018, we had just lost our boy, Valen Baer Houston. Those of you who knew Valen know what a gift he was. He suffered from severe cerebral palsy and couldn’t speak, but his smile and joy radiated from within, and touched everyone around him. He was, and continues to be, a teacher and an inspiration.

Round Top embraced us and our venue project, and we soon met Aiden Penney. Aiden’s Dad Richie brought him to work with him at Riedlbauer’s Resort many days in the summer, and Aiden would sit and crack jokes with everyone. Aiden has cerebral palsy, but he doesn’t let it hold him back! He is an incredible 16 year old- quick witted, kind, hard-working, and smart (he just won Student of the Month at Cairo-Durham High School!!) We were instantly drawn to him, and touched by his tenacity and the love and devotion of his dad, Richie.

As we got to know them more, we could relate to some of the challenges they face. Richie and the family do an amazing job, but (like all of us at times) could use a little help. As Aiden gets older, he wishes for more independence and mobility. 3 things would make his life just a little bit easier.
He needs:

*An Entrance Ramp into his house
*A Bathroom Modification
*A Golf Cart

These 3 things would be life-changing for Aiden.

Chef Zach has created the most splendid, exciting, and delicious menu honoring traditional Peruvian dishes and the bounty of the Catskills.
