With red wine sauce on the side or on top? How do you preferred?
This is the ribs plate up view from the top, we usually serve the red wine after we a few seconds after the water brings the plate to the customer and then another waiter behind pouring the wine sauce.

“Yes of course!”
Those are the two common lines you will here every 5 min ones the carving station is open.
When you hire this service with us is literary 4 or 5 types of proteins your guests get to try accompanied by veggies as request.
This was a small event for the Super Bowl of this year, so we serve meats a fish on the same grill but usually is two grills.

Coconut soup actually cook inside the 🥥
The chef create 3 wholes on the superior part of the coconut, empty the coconut water and used for create the soup, then put it inside the coconut again using a bottle with skinny lid.
When we arrive to the dinner put it on the oven plate up with a special salsa green, mushroom, coconut foam and for the last the coconut soup coming straight from the coconut.

“Sense Art Catering did a beautiful and elegant Brunch for my Bridal shower and the food was AMAZING, they were so responsive and helpful in coming up with menu items, helping me with decor and table/chair rentals. Vanessa helped me with table set-up and design. They showed up right on time morning of and did such an outstanding job. Not to mention Chef Allan is really one of the best chefs in catering in Miami. The detail of his food and the presentation of it is really next level for Miami Catering. I would recommend them 10/10 for any event.”
