It's just a Tuesday afternoon with nothing to do.. So I cook!!
with mint chimichurri, roasted asparagus, roasted potatoes with rosemary garlic butter 🤤🤤 if I ate meat I would devour this entire plate!!

I really enjoyed catering for the cocktail hour for Wingtips Blazers and Stiltettos last night it was an entire vibe!! Thank you Michael Ramey for putting your trust in my craft!! It was fun coming up with recipes incorporating vodka in all of my signature sauces!

On the menu tonight we have: 1st plate: PB&J.. Pork belly and peach and pepper jelly with sweet potato fries or chips.. forgot to get pics before it was served..😏
2nd plate: grilled rosemary lamb chops with a mint sauce, parmesan mashed potatoes and roasted zucchini
🥰💞 and they LOVED IT!!!
