I had my drone repaired by Drone Nerds. And although no one contacted me for two months, and it was returned inoperable, they're very proud of their professionalism and thoroughness. Although it was a long wait and I paid a small fortune, I finally have my drone back, which I can now use as a paperweight during my trip. Thank you, Nerds; you're the best!

UPDATE: After publicly shaming them, the owner texted me and asked me to speak on the phone. We set up an appointment, and he has yet to call. He texted the next day apologizing.

Via text, I agreed to return the drone for a free repair. he also offered to refund my money. Two weeks later, I got the drone back, broken, with no refund and no follow-up.
