Another delicious catering for Red Top Smoke Shack for a special couple! RTSS served smoked brisket and pork, seasoned green beans topped with crumbled bacon, garden salad with ranch and Italian dressings, spectacular Mac n cheese, and dinner rolls with butter for a wedding of 250+ guests. We also did lemonade and iced tea. Remember Red Top Smoke Shack for any catering needs! No matter the group size - large or small! Congrats 🎉🎊 to Marcus and Shelby 💞

Red Top Smoke Shack catered/served a buffet style wedding this past weekend of 100+ guests. We served smoked chicken, pork, and brisket. The sides were mac-n-cheese and green beans with dinner rolls/butter. We set up our serving table and equipment. Red Top can accommodate any size catering. Please let us help with your upcoming holiday parties, weddings, or events.

The smoker is up and running for our catering event tonight in Cincinnati!!! Yes, we do travel. This is our second event in Cincinnati…. Must be good…. This customer keeps coming back for more😉 tonight’s event we will be catering for 225 people.

We would like to send a huge thank you and shout out to everyone who made Friday’s first big event a huge success!!! Thank you to our family and friends first and foremost who helped and supported us, John Kelly for getting us a spot at IndieCraft, Mother Stewart’s for the event, and all of our amazing customers!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you💞 because of all of you we sold out of almost everything and had a continuous line for over 3.5 hours. So from the bottom of our smoker🤪 we appreciate everything!!!

We catered a wedding yesterday with almost 200 guests at Whitetail Lodge. We received several compliments. We served smoked brisket, smoked pork, green beans, fried roasted red potatoes, Mac n cheese, and dinner rolls/butter. Our serving crew did an amazing job. And most importantly the bride and groom looked fabulous. Congrats to their new journey together 💞
