Let's talk about SHADE.Central Oregon's weather is not for the faint of heart. Snowing one day, sunny the next. Random hail storms in June. Blistering sun in late summer. Don't forget to make a rain plan AND a sun plan. We love parasols like these from . Until guests head indoors or beneath the dinner tent, consider market umbrellas, parasols, and a water station to help them beat the heat!

I’ve always been drawn to coordinating logistics and being a behind-the-scenes magic maker. When my best friend and my brother planned their weddings 3 months apart, I was launched into the world of budgets, vendor wrangling, and most importantly, stress relief.

My expertise is juggling all the details that add up to a seamless experience for you and your guests. From budget development and guest tracking to decor styling and set-up/clean-up, I’m your gal.

I’m passionate about facilitating events that represent the most memorable days of your life: weddings, parties, and retreats. Whether you already have your vision planned out and need help executing it, or if you aren’t sure where to start, I have customizable packages to sprinkle in help as needed.

All you should be worrying about on the day of your event is soaking up your loved ones and gettin’ weird on the dance floor! I aim to provide coordination that fits in your budget so you (and all your guests!) spend your time belly-laughing instead of giving directions to the caterer.
