Fall Classic 2024 was a VIBE! Look how beautifully this all came together!
was happy to coordinate all the needed rentals. We are also proud of our wonderful 8-person service team. Our team was in charge of setting these beautiful tables for 300 guests, pouring of water & wine during dinner, along with clearing tables after dinner. Our service team killed it! Great job, team! 💪
The delicious dinner was provided by and his awesome team. 🔥
It was a pleasure to work alongside our friends and family to help put together a beautiful evening. We look forward to serving and working with you again. ❤️

We had a very busy week last week! We were happy to work with our friends at for their annual manager meetings and Fall Classic dinner. This event is hosted at every year. This year we were in charge of two meals. We were also responsible for rentals and an 8 person dinner service team. More pictures to come in the next post!
We served lunch, including a Vegetarian Chili, Tri Tip Chili, Italian sandwiches, Turkey Bacon baguette sandwiches, Jalapeno Cornbread muffins, and Garden Salad for 180 on Wednesday. Breakfast self-serve buffet for 180 included OG French Toast, Strawberry Brie French Toast, Bacon, Sausage, and Banana Split Parfaits on Thursday. The back of house staff did a great job on this one. Great job team! And thank you for having us . We look forward to serving you again!

Who doesn't love a good surprise?! I don't think there's a better gift in the world other than a good, well thought out surprise. These awesome siblings shocked their Mom with this delicious spread for a surprise birthday celebration. So much fun! ❤️🎂🥳🫶

This couple renewed their wedding vows with their closest friends and family. They enjoyed passed appetizers that included the famous stuffed mushrooms, mini avocado toast, bacon pineapple bites and baked fontina cheese. The California wedge. Filet Mignon with garlic mashed potatoes and Creamed Corn Casserole cups.
The groom called us out of our catering tent after serving dinner to them and proclaimed his filet was one of the best he's ever had! What an amazing compliment... 🥺 So grateful for clients like these. ❤️

Happy 1st Anniversary to this beautiful couple! I will forever hold this couple close to my heart. Planning with them was a pleasure... the wedding was hosted at a gorgeous family home here in Big Bear. Their family was so welcoming and fun. The big day came, and I could not stand up out of bed... I was SO sick. But, I have to say, when most would be in a panic... I had no fear. Our dream team catering and bartender squad came together and made the full Italian menu happen for their big day! The biggest compliment of all was that this couple never knew I wasn't there... it went that smooth. Gotta love a good team! And I sure was proud of mine on this beautiful day! Teamwork makes the dream work!

Prime Rib... yes, please! We were happy to provide a delicious prime rib dinner to our friends @climatec. They were enjoying a work retreat/escape the heat at the new @sessionsretreat in Big Bear Lake. On the menu: Stuffed mushrooms, bacon wrapped dates with goat cheese, charcuterie, beet salads, crab cakes and prime rib. We also introduced our new carving station to our spread and we couldn't be happier with the overall result! 😍🔥🫶 Happy Meaty Monday!
