A friend of my Father’s was invited to come hunt at Dundee with one of our members about a month ago. He shared some stories about hunting trips they went on together and it was great to hear about another person who was influenced by my Dad. The gentleman hunter shared this photo from a hunt they had in Wyoming years back. This antelope is prominently hanging in our carriage house on the south wall. Cheers to hunting buddies and the memories we create!

What an amazing day yesterday celebrating our first pheasant release shoot of the season! We are now offering private pheasant shoots for groups as small as 6. We start the day with breakfast and coffee followed by a safety briefing and a formal peg selection. The morning is spent shooting in an English style release shoot split up by the tradition of elevenses. Lunch is served by our favorite caterer, Sarah Rennie of Two Fire Table. Oysters, pheasant, quail and other delicious locally sourced food is included. That’s only the beginning! The group is then split up for walk up hunts with our guides and trained birddogs. Finally, enjoy post hunt apps and relax by the fire pit. Message us for more info and book your day at Dundee! Had the pleasure to work with yesterday at our first pheasant shoot of the season! Their cooking style and delicious creations bring a culinary experience like no other. I highly recommend collaborating with Sarah and her team. We can’t wait to have them back in February!

Our first pheasant shoot of the season is coming up on December 10th. This event is FULL, however, we have a few openings the week after the shoot where hunters will chase the pheasants who made it through the ring on Saturday.

The caretaker’s cottage is the perfect place to stay overnight while hunting at Dundee. The cottage accommodates up to four and includes a full kitchen, dining room and living room.
