It's race weekend! Come on out and support these kids at Susquehanna Quarter Midget Racing Association! It's a little bittersweet as this will be the last race weekend at this track ever, due to it being removed next season. Bennett is excited to strap in and give it everything he's got with all of the knowledge gained from this season and last! We hope to see you there! Had our first race of the season this past weekend! Even though it may not have gone as planned we couldn't be more proud of how quickly Bennett developed in the new car in a much faster class than what he is used to. He started 7th in his Senior Honda heat and was able to work his way up to 4th for the finish. This put him in the B Main where he started 1st and dropped two spots to finish that in 3rd. He lined up 9th in the A Main and finished 7th overall. The Light World Formula saw 3 cars in its class. Bennett started 3rd and after struggling to keep pace in his heat, finished 3rd. After a lot of encouragement from friends and family, Bennett went out 3rd in the A Main and did a much better job of managing his pace to keep up with the other cars. Although we knew this was going to be an adjustment, we weren't sure how challenging it would be bumping up multiple classes. Bennett handled it very well and with a big smile on his face said," it is super fun!" He finished 3rd and gained important seat time that will help him improve all around for both classes. We look forward to the next race on May 7th and we hope to see you there! None of this would be possible without the support of our sponsors, family, and friends! We are super excited to welcome back and announce quite a few new sponsors for this season! We couldn't be more proud to represent these small local businesses in a growing sport!
