Hi party people! If you have a little ones birthday coming up but haven’t set your party date & time here is a simple checklist to ensure ease in reserving entertainment 🗓️

✨Decide on a weekend you’d like to have the party.
✨Reach out to entertainment as soon as you know the weekend you’d like to have it. Whether it’s 1 week away or 3 months away! The sooner you reach out the more available time slots entertainers have available.
✨Once you’ve seen their availability make a final decision on party time and date and complete your entertainment reservation.
✨Lastly send out the invites 📬 and get ready for a magical day 🧚‍♀️

Lessons I’ve been reminded of from children while working as a party princess:

If someone is being “temperamental” they may feel physically or emotionally overwhelmed. Show them love. Be silly with them. Don’t give up on them. They’ll soften and you’ll see their different side. Positive energy is contagious.

If someone is shy in doing something, extend a loving hand and do it with them. Your confidence will rub off on them and they will come out of their shell.

Teaching being a “good princess” is teaching being kind. But kindness is easy when everything is perfect and happy (like when we’re at a birthday party). It’s important to remember that lesson when everything is not perfect. When we’re not having the best day. When someone maybe isn’t the nicest to us. That’s when it counts to hold onto that lesson.

I love doing what I do because it brings me back to the basics of what’s important. For me family gatherings and children are a good reminder of that.

Seek out things that make you remember what’s most important in life and surround yourself with them as much as possible.

Hi everyone 👋🏽 if you’re new here I just wanted to officially introduce myself. I’m Bianca the owner of Party Pop Ins! I’m originally from Honolulu Hawaii and I currently live in Tampa FL.

I’m a model, actress, UCF alumni & now entrepreneur! I realized in my senior year that for me the best moments in my life are when I’m with loved ones laughing and being present in a special moment. So I created a company where every day I come to work I get to create that for people. Which in turn makes me feel just as happy!

I’m so glad I had the courage to leave my other part time job and only focus on this business and my turning my dreams into a reality. 🧚‍♀️ Doing what I love has dramatically increased my day to day happiness. As a result I feel I can positively impact people around me better too! 👫🫂💞

Being true to yourself can be scary especially when you want to do something that is a risk or different from your peers. 😰
