So me and Bryon Hart are collabing on a bbq plate this Thursday starting at 12pm!

Choices are:

Bbq pork shoulder filets with a side of fresh apple slaw and beans with croatinis - $12.50

OR
BBQ chicken with homemade mac and cheese and beans with crostinis- $12.50

If u would like to add on more sides here are the prices for those:
Apple slaw: $1.50
Beans: $1.50
Mac: $3.00

Daddy day tacos. Carne asada, lettuce, mexican blend cheese, tomato, cilantro, lime cilantro crema, with green salsa wrapped in a cheesy tortilla. And enchilada style rice

Charcuterie tray I did today:
Cheeses:
Brie, havarti cubes, herb and garlic goat cheese, smoked/aged gouda and fresh mozzarella

Also tomato and basil with fresh mozzarella, black and green grapes, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, craisins, cherries, dark chocolate bark infused with blueberries and almonds, honey granola, candied cherrywood bacon crumbles, prosciutto, salami, Genoa, capocolla, regular crackers, pepper crackers, garlic crackers, parmesan crostinis, with a fig spread and a sour cherry spread and a balsamic vinaigrettein case they wanted to make a caprese! And a bottle of local red wine!
