Alrighty food fans, the votes are in and the verdict is.....
It’s TAMALE TIME!! 🙌🙌
(For those who are/were wanting pozole, I will be making the yummy soup as soon as this next round of tamales is completed. Feel free to pre-order at $10 a quart (comes with all the “fixins.”)
Otherwise, those who want tamales, I will be taking orders from now through next Thursday, 7/16, and they will be ready the following week. If you have a particular day/date that you’re wanting/needing your orders, let me know when ordering and I will try to accommodate. Otherwise, depending on when orders come in and how many I get, I will give you more of an idea as to when your particular order will be ready.
This time, I will be making the traditional red and green pork or chicken tamales as well as cheese and jalapeño. Buttttt.... I’m also adding my personal favorite and something I’ve never offered before (don’t ask me why 🤷♀️🤦♀️), the “DELUXE!” It’s the best! A combination of both worlds. Meat (chicken or pork) and sauce (red or green) WITH cheese and jalapeño. So good (I never eat them any other way anymore)!! I highly recommend them, although they are a little bit more $$$.
Unfortunately, due to the increase in cost of ingredients and inflation over time, I have to increase prices slightly (sorry new friends 😬). Soooo.... Regular Tamales will now be $24 a dozen and deluxe tamales will be $30. I hate doing it, but I hate even more the thought of not being able to provide all the deliciousness that we have all come to rely and depend on (self included). Dang tamale addiction 😆😝🤷♀️.
