Tomorrow is going to be an awsome experience. We are doing a bbq for 130 people Tomorrow. The occasion. A boy scout is earing his eagle badge. This is a rare achievement and takes a lot of dedication and 6 years to achieve. Fun fact Stephan Spielberg is a celebrity who has achieved this as well.
Katie has made and put together some awsome decorations for this one.

Man I can't even tell you how many people that wish this. My own teachers even told me that I wouldn't do anything productive in life. Well fu and the haters. I can't wait to move on to the next step in cooking whatever that maybe. I hope I can give jobs to my old clients with disabilities. Best hard working individuals I know. 💪 Also to anyone who wants to join this crazy life of being a chef. Nothing is going to stand in my way.

What do have after a very long week prepping for a Wedding and Killing the event. I make Katie O'Connor-Cox and I favorite Breakfast Sandwich. Homemade French Bread Toasted With my Habanaero Aioli Apple Wood Bacon Crumbles cooked into the eggs and nice thick Slices Of Honey Ham and Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese. .... This is so Stupidly Good lol.

A delicious dish featuring Fresh Atlantic Salmon tacos, Spanish rice, and Mexican Chop Salad, with Honey chilie lime Vinaigrette and served with Corn Tortillas, Chipotle slaw, and Pineapple Salsa.
