After a few weeks of minor scheduling hiccups we’re finally back in building mode! Walls are ALMOST complete in our kitchen. Scroll through to see the progress of adding “flesh” to “bone.” Our trailer is also being outfitted this week. Things are moving quickly for us and Claw & Roux is getting closer to having a real-time launch date. Stay tuned for more!

Last September we asked you all to come along with us on an adventure as we began building our mobile kitchen. We’ve spent the last 14 months taking you on a digital food quest and serving up our creations to friends and family from our personal kitchens. Today we are happy to announce that our culinary adventure officially has a home and a heading. We’ll be hitting the road in 2022 under the name Claw & Roux; serving fusion menu items inspired by your favorite Cajun dishes and traditional Asian street foods.

So, for the next few weeks, we’ll be officially switching our focus off the menu board and onto the blueprints. This means that you will see a little less deliciousness here from your favorite pair of Kaits and a lot more day-to-day magic as we assemble the dream. We hope you enjoy this new leg of the adventure, that you continue to follow the food on our new Claw & Roux page, and that we see you all in line for a taste of your very own soon!
