Good morning everyone! After this weekend and meeting a ton of new and potential customers at the events we did, I feel that I have to bring this up.

IF you rent any kind of inflatable, chair, table etc PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE make sure that company has the proper licensing and insurance! I have heard almost a dozen stories just this weekend of customers who rented from either people renting them out on the side or small companies who don’t have insurance. For example, one of them backed into their block wall, refused to fix it and when they tried to go the legal route there was nothing they could get out of the person to fix it.

There was another story of one that they didn’t stake down at all and the bounce house flew into their house and the blower went through their window, the company never came to pick up the unit after they got that phone call and the customer couldn’t get the company to pay for the damages.

These are just a couple of the stories I heard, I can not put into words how important it is that you rent from a company that has the proper licensing, insurance and equipment, especially with the wind. It only takes one of the one of the right kinds of gusts to take an inflatable flying if it is not secured properly. These are not light units, they are not things to be messing with. Yes, you can buy the super light non-commercial units at Costco or Amazon, but they are NOT meant to be rented out and used continuously.

Please do your research and ask the right questions before you book.
