My name is Michael Stahler and I am Founder of The Bald Headed Chef! Running the kids to and from practice? Or maybe retired and bored with having the same meals. Who has the time or energy to shop and then cook a good meal? In fact, that's exactly what I do. I offer a menu for lunch and dinner which will change weekly. Offering a variety of cuisines and dishes, using local ingredients when availa

ble and the best quality meats and produce. It includes some classic favorites and new dishes which hopefully become new classics for you and your family. Have a special diet? After graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY I trained and ran multiple kitchens in New York City and the Berkshires of Massachusetts. Including Wallse (Michelin star recipient), Cafe Sabarsky, and Bistro Zinc. I moved to Myrtle Beach over a decade ago and have catered for hundreds of newlyweds and special events all over the Grand Strand area.
