Hey Potato Heads! We’ll be open on the square in Sullivan today (Wednesday 6/12) and Thursday this week! Bloomfield, we’ll see you Friday night at Feed Store Beer Co. for dinner starting at 5:00.

Edit to add that we’ll be open for dinner on Wednesday until 7:00 as well.

Potatoes are prepped for a great day at the Chautauqua in Merom, IN. These Yukon golds make the best baked potatoes! Come enjoy the parade at 11:00 and eat lunch with us afterwards. Are you eating low carb? No worries, we put all of the carbs on the bottom!

Anthony Bourdain has been an inspiration to me like so many others. His book Kitchen Confidential is a book I reread every few years. I am so glad to be able to bring you food I’m passionate about. Some day I hope to have other concepts to put out there as well. Thanks for the support everyone. Making food that people love and sharing it with everyone has been my dream for so long and I’m so happy I am able to do it in a trailer and didn’t have to wait for the money for a brick and mortar restaurant.

As a former school administrator I know how much work you all put in and nobody that works in a school gets the recognition that you deserve. Thank you for all that you do!!

Hey Potato Heads!! Big news! It’s time to show you all our newest burger. Introducing the Square Rose Belly Burger. Dreamed up and perfected with the help from the guys at Square Rose Tattoo & Piercing this sandwich has a burger patty with Swiss cheese, two thick slices of smoked pork belly, cole slaw, house candied jalapeños and garlic aioli. Hey Potato Heads! The weather cooperated and the rain is gone, so I’ll be open on the square again today (4/17) and plan to be open again tomorrow. Both days from 11:00-2:00. I’ll have some sweet potato fries on the trailer today as well for an extra $1.00 with a sandwich or and extra $2.00 if loaded. See you at lunch!

This picture is the pork belly waffle with added garlic cloves. It might be the best combination of protein and carbohydrates to leave a kitchen. 🤤

Hey Potato Heads! With the weather coming in and the band having to cancel this evening at the park and lake we are going to close up early tonight and get set up at the civic center for the big eclipse day tomorrow.

We’ll also be featuring this beauty of a burger. Two beef patty’s with American cheese, marinara, and two cheesesticks. Served with waffle fries for $16. We’ll also have fried cheese sticks with marina. 5 for $7

Come see us for your potato and burger needs. We will do our best to be able to take credit cards tomorrow but with the influx of people I’d be prepared for cash at all of the vendors. See you tomorrow!
