Hosting our Bridgerton Tea & Picnic event was an unforgettable experience, but let’s talk numbers! This event cost around $2,700 to put together, not including planning & decorating services, luxury picnic experience, rentals, and additional resources. Our ticket sales totaled about $2,050, and while we traded services for the stunning venue, floral arrangements, and day-of coordination, those expenses would typically be extra. Events like this show the true investment behind creating something magical for guests!
The $2,700 in vendor expenses covered a range of magical experiences, including catering, the beautiful balloon wall, a fun photo booth, the enchanting character experience with Rapunzel, a mobile coffee cart, live violin music, and a unique tarot card reading booth. These elements brought the event to life, creating an unforgettable day for all our guests!
Also, the venue provided all the tables, chairs, and linens. This is an amazing service that takes the stress out of an already busy day.
Booking this party would cost an additional $4000+ to include planning, decorating, rentals, luxury picnic, venue, day of coordinator, and floral.
