All Deposits to book are non-refundable but can be rescheduled in emergency

Payment is due before set up

Rentals are UP to 8 hours

10am is the earliest we drop off and 9pm is the latest we pick up

(i.e. If party starts at 3 p.m. party has to end at 9 p.m. that’s 6 hours. If you want it for 8 hours you have to rent it at 1 p.m.) Prices do not change if you rent less than 8 hours

Weather regulations:

If inclement weather were to occur before your party starts and we are unable to set up your inflatable we will refund your full deposit. Deposit will not be refunded days before party due to weather. You must wait to see if weather will change. Once your party is cancelled and deposit has been refunded we will not set up even if it stops raining later on in the day. (i.e. If party is cancelled at 9 a.m. and it clears up by 2 p.m. we have already cancelled the party and will not be setting up your unit)

DURING THE PARTY:
IF YOUR PARTY STARTS AT 11 a.m AND THE FORECAST IS CALLING FOR RAIN, THUNDER STORMS AND/OR HEAVY WINDS AT 5 p.m. WE WILL BE PICKING UP THE UNIT BY 4 p.m. (BEFORE THE BAD WEATHER STARTS). We do this for safety reasons and to protect our equipment.

*We also reserve the right to cancel your party due to inclement weather in which case your deposit will be refunded.
