Emily & Sam’s wedding day was so special to share with them from all the thoughtfully curated details to their warm and welcoming guests and family!

This wedding featured flowers the bride grew, a hand embroidered tie, Greek Belly catering, DIY dried oranges, vintage plates and place settings, custom vintage collected goblets for the guests, and the couple being able to name every bird by their sound and how it tied into their vows. 🕊️

Heading to the Wedding Expo this weekend?
Our advice?! - Be Prepared!!

Bridal/Wedding expos are actually the most convenient way to learn about tons of ideas and tips for wedding/event options in one place! We've participated in them for years and it’s a lot of work but it's always a great opportunity to meet with LOTS of clients at once in one room with all your Vendor Family from the community.
Where else but at an expo can you approach almost all of the local Venues and Caterers, hear/see DJ's lives, try out the photo booths, taste the cakes and smell the flowers?

Here are 6 tips for getting the most out of your time at an expo:
📍Wear comfortable clothes and shoes - parking sometimes is a good walking distance, and you will walk around a lot between booths and vendors
📍Bring a bag or backpack, something to keep track of your notes and info
📍Bring a companion, someone to bounce ideas off
📍Create a wedding email account to use to provide vendors
📍Ahead of time make labels with your name, phone number, address, email, and wedding date to provide vendors for information or drawings
📍Take notes and pictures
📍FOLLOW UP WITH THE VENDORS YOU LIKE, seriously! You could plan to book your favorite the following day and find they were booked at the show for your date. It happens, be ready to book the vendors you must have!
