Before God blesses you with your team or crew. Majority of the time being a Pitmaster is more than just trimming and seasoning meats; managing fires or cleaning the smokers. Additional duties include cutting meats, preparing sides and sauces, and prepping trays.

In general for me it's valuing every process, every task, and position without losing enthusiasm.

I've been loading,unloading,
delivering,setting up,breaking down BBQ for 5 years.
The interesting part of this journey is that I am just getting started.
