Cass Catering was honored to host PVS Chemical's holiday party this past Saturday at the beautiful Detroit Historical Museum!

The evening featured a festive stationed dinner for over 300 guests, including a menu full of seasonal delights like:

✨ Fire-roasted chestnut hummus and tabbouleh wreath platters with warm pita
🍤 Jumbo shrimp cocktail with cranberry cocktail sauce
🦀 Petite crab cakes with red pepper aioli
🍝 Tuscan farfalle pasta with grilled chicken
🍖 Chef-carved morel-encrusted petite beef tenders
🍰 Mini Sanders hot fudge cream puffs and NY-style cheesecake with drunken cranberry topping

Chef Dave Anthony did a cooking demo today steamed live internationally for Upland Software's Women in Technology employee resource group.

He created the recipe for the Roasted Autumn Salad with Apple Cider Bourbon Dressing, shared the recipe the week beforehand, and demonstrated how to make all of the elements live.
