Use the link below to pre-order your meal, it will consist of smoked and braised Corned Beef, Braised Veggies and potatoes, Bacon and Onion Stuffed Smoked Cabbage and for desert, Carla Marie's famous Chocolate Eclair Cake. Christmas Brisket Delivery!

We popped out to Lockport IL today for a special delivery. A Christmas party for the customers family and friends needed a little something special, A Smoke Show BBQ Slow Smoked Brisket. Sliced right on the spot garnering quite an audience that started mouths watering as the brisket was sliced revealing a super tender and juicy inside with heightened anticipation of family dinner. We paired it with Smoke Show original and Sweet & Smokey signature sauces. In addition, we brought a special Christmas gift, A jar of homemade cranberry sauce to die for!

Catching up after a busy few days. We were fortunate to go out to Brookfield on Sunday and meet a great family and provide our services for the party after the baptism of their son.

Tomorrow night (Wednesday 11/7) we are back at Tiger Athletic Club in Aurora and bringing you all the delicious menu items you are used to and a few specials to really sink your teeth into! The Brisket Chili is the special this week and it is filled with massive chunks of slow smoked brisket.

We are offering so many ways to try it out! Try a big hearty bowl of chili with several topping options, Chili Mac, Chili Dog, Chili Cheese Dog or Brisket Chili Burger.

Stay for dessert and try some Pumpkin Cobbler!

What are your dinner plans Wednesday? Join us in Aurora at Tiger Athletic Club this Wednesday for some smoked meats, or if that is not your thing, some tasty treats! We are bringing back a crowd favorite from the ghost kitchen....SPINNERS! Spinach Artichoke spinners were a big hit, they have been off the menu for quite a while now. One night and one night only with burnt ends and buffalo chicken spinners to round out our specials this week. The regular menu items will of course be available. Hope to see you soon!

We have had a busy week, so catching up with a catered event in Plainfield we had over the weekend. This was a baptism party! Congratulations to Declan and his parents. The party was about 60 strong and here is what was on the menu:

- Slow Smoked Pulled Pork
- Chopped Smoked Brisket
- Ba-Corn Cheese (Korean Street Corn)
- 8-Cheese Mac N’ Cheese
- Cheesy Potatoes

POOR MANS BURNT ENDS

Not sure why they are called “poor” because chuck is about twice as much as brisket, but these chuck chunks will be going with us to DARTS at the CAN for everyone at The Can Pepe's Cantina in Naperville to sample while playing darts in the tournament. We will also have 1lb packages with Sweet and Smokey bbq sauce packs for purchase. Please stop by and try some!

Rueben - smoked and braised corned beef, Swiss, sauerkraut, thousand island, on artisan rye. Choice of smoked cabbage or braised veggie side.

Rueben Tacos - everything rueben, but in a street taco.

The Lucky Leprechaun - start with a nice size pile of smoked and braised corned beef, add 2 cheesy potato balls and choice of smoked cabbage or braised veggies all covered in Irish stew sauce.

WEEKLY SPECIAL - This week's special will be Brisket - 2 Ways!
- Brisket Tacos - street taco style, with special slaw made from our sauce of the week, and topped with pickled onions and Carolina sauce. OMG YUM!
- Brisket Grilled Cheese - our delicious grilled cheese with fat slices of brisket tucked between the cheese! PLEASE!

SAUCE OF THE WEEK - Along with our Smoke Show Classic and Carolina Gold sauces, this weeks sauce of the week will be a "Pineapple Habanero BBQ Sauce" ....as a bonus, this will also be the base for the slaw on the brisket tacos! YES!

NEW ITEMS - We have been getting requests for desserts, so let’s try a new dessert! Pineapple Upside down Mini Cakes! And for those that don’t like traditional wings but want to try the chicken and sauces, we are starting boneless wings tonight! Come and get um!

ONLY ONE WEEK TO GO!
That's right, the wait is almost over! We will be back at The Can Pepe's Cantina this upcoming weekend, Friday and Saturday night.
We will be rolling out the first of many special promotions alongside our regular menu.

WEEKLY SPECIAL - This week's special will be pork chop sliders! We start with a pork loin that is rubbed with our house blend and smoked low and slow to take smoke flavor but not cook the loin. Then it is cut to "chops" and marinated for 24-48 hours. Seared to a perfect crispiness and topped with caramelized and seasoned onions and a melty slice of provolone. The slider bun is toasted with garlic aioli. Pick any sauce to accompany your sliders, and your choice of side.

SAUCE OF THE WEEK - Along with our Smoke Show Classic and Carolina Gold sauces, this weeks sauce of the week will be a "Roasted Garlic and Onion BBQ Sauce" ....a perfect pairing for your pork chop sliders or any of our other menu items.

NEW ITEMS - We will be featuring a new appetizer menu item as well (pictures to follow). We are calling them our "Artichoke Spinners"! We take our deliciously creamy Artichoke Spinach dip and introduce it to a crispy wonton! And what you get is absolute perfection! Super crispy wonton and when you bite in, the hot creamy dip....it does not get better!
