We were required to share this bag. Some of you may be familiar with them as Hulken bags, but this is a brand offered by Economy Pharmacy boutique. We have an out-of-town wedding and the U-Haul is already at full capacity. There are numerous items that we must transport. This bag contains six totes of crystal. Although they are small totes, we were not able to compress the lids. This bag we were even able to zip up for safe travel and rolling into the venue has made things so easy. We would like to extend our gratitude to Economy Pharmacy for all the items we purchased for this wedding. Your assistance has been invaluable this week. We would also like to acknowledge the exceptional service provided by Hobby Lobby Muskogee and Lowe’s Muskogee. We have frequented these stores and received consistent support and assistance from their employees.

We are delighted to introduce our new venue and rental shop, as outlined below. As our open house approaches, we are meticulously preparing for an upcoming wedding of a lovely couple. Upon the arrival of November 1st, we will schedule our open house and formally invite you to attend, receive complimentary swag bags, and explore our public events. We also encourage you to schedule your private event. Following several months of preparation, we have postponed our opening until our vision was fully realized.

Additionally, our picturesque arbor area features iron tables and chairs, while every corner of the venue offers stunning backdrops for capturing memorable photographs, seamlessly integrating with your event's aesthetic. Upon entering, guests will step into an enchanting outdoor garden, meticulously designed for intimate weddings and receptions, complete with floor-to-ceiling drapes and an elegantly ivy-adorned arch. The arches can be draped with flowers of your choice for your event. The Ivy Room is a labor of love for the community. We possess several table arches or hoops in silver and gold and considered this a creative way to utilize them. This trend is emerging this year, and we're undecided. However, if it resonates with you, we have an ample supply of hoops available.

We are seeking a professional to create another candy cart based on the template we possess. If someone knows a qualified individual, please contact us via our business phone. We are considering having two carts made, requiring a sturdier design to support cakes, cupcakes, and numerous fragile jars. We need a cart that is robust enough to lean on. We will provide the wood we are using and screws and hinges. Thank you.

It’s that time of year again, with over 200 gold chargers to be washed and wrapped for weddings, Christmas parties, and dinner parties during the holiday season. However, we are extremely excited about having a dedicated space to showcase our event rentals and venue. We are getting close to hosting our grand open house. Be sure to book your rentals for the holidays promptly to ensure that you secure the perfect table settings and more.
