To our SAP Party customers:
On any given day, we have the opportunity to help you create lasting memories with your family and friends. Our ability to help bring joy to the lives you touch is why we exist. During this trying time, our hearts go out to anyone who’s been affected by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As we navigate through these uncertain times, there are a few other things we would like you to know:
Increased Safety: The health and safety of our employees and customers has always been our top priority. We’ve increased the frequency and heightened the extent of the cleanings in our warehouse and party rental equipment. Also, we are closely following the Centers for Disease Control's (CDC) guidelines and instructing our associates about the importance of washing their hands and staying home if they feel sick.
We will make it right: We know that many of you have scheduled events and parties for which you’ve ordered chairs, tables or other party supplies. If your event is interrupted for any reason, simply call us at 832-680-4777 and we will take care of it. As your party experts, we are happy to help you wow your guests at your next celebration, when the time is right for you.
We are open: Based on the guidance we’ve received from various health agencies, our own preparedness and the current state of our operations, we will remain open for business.
We will continue to closely monitor the situation and do all we can to protect you and our employees while still helping create the joy we all seek to share in our daily lives.
