You’re Invited to a Picnic with Snow White! Ballet Theatre Company invites children ages 4 and up to join Snow White on March 24, 11:00am - 3:00pm for a whimsical picnic at in West Hartford. Your ticket includes a delicious lunch provided by Distinctive Ideas! Children will play games led by the Seven Dwarfs, win prizes, create a potion with the Evil Queen and meet and greet with Snow White on your picnic blanket!

Online sales close March 20 to best prepare for your picnic lunch. Please note that no tickets will be sold at the door.
Child Ticket is $35. Child Lunch selections all include: 1 sandwich option (PB & J, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Ham & Cheese, or Grilled Cheese Panini), chopped veggies & dip, a fruit skewer, bag of potato chips and a cookie.
Adult Ticket is $40. Adult Lunch selections to include 1 sandwich option (Pesto Caprese, Chicken Caesar Wrap, or Roast beef & Cheddar Panini), garden salad with spiced chickpeas & fruit skewer.

For a Good Cause!

All proceeds from the Picnic event will support BTC’s Sensory-Friendly performance of Snow White at The Bushnell on April 21, 2024. The mission of BTC’s Sensory-Friendly performances is to provide a safe and respectful environment for those with a disability, sensory sensitivity, or any other challenges that might make them feel uncomfortable at a ballet performance.

Since the launch of The Sensory-Friendly Ballet program last season, BTC discovered that for many of the families, it was their first time attending a ballet and the first time that many felt invited. BTC aims to keep ticket costs low to make the performances as accessible as possible.

It’s hard to put into words what this journey has been like…especially this latest adventure of partnering with and starting my residency!

To have had the ability to gather 16 fantastic people together (8 very loved repeat customers and 8 new friends) for our first Farm to Table dinner was an absolute treat. To be able to personally greet everyone into our new space was an honor! So much love was poured into the menu - with the outstanding help from my Mom and Sous Chef . I took chances and shared some very special recipes all in the same night.

A very special thank you to our photographer that evening - - thank you for capturing ! The images are beautiful and I know will help us tell our story on a new level as we welcome more people to our table!

We can’t wait to welcome you to our next Farm to Table Dinner - March 22! Tickets on sale now!

So we’re prepping for an awesome dinner party tomorrow night and the star of the show is going to be PAELLA!! Being Portuguese, my recipe differs slight from a traditional Spaniard Paella. We love being hired for business luncheons! We were lucky enough to set up shop and help this great company show appreciation to their Preferred Partners! It was a full house and bellies were full!
