Wow- what a night! Huge thanks to everyone who joined my pasta-making class yesterday at Blondie's & Jim's Bistro. You all brought the energy, the smiles, and some serious noddle skills!

And of course… the little treat I surprised you with at the end? Just my way of saying THANK YOU. I love giving gifts or gratitude–it fills my heart to share a bit of joy with you all.

Hope you had as much fun as I did– can’t wait for the next one!
