Today I had the privilege to donate/ cook a whole hog for the memorial of Anthony Dia, first time my name has been on the back of a T-Shirt. Pretty cool if you ask me.

Food truck is coming along, almost done. Worked on the menu tonight.
Loaded BBQ pulled pork baked potato. Topped with my favorite Feta cheese.
Definitely will be putting this on my menu.

Cooking has always been a huge passion in my life but to watch my daughter share the same passion as me is what makes this so rewarding. This was her third pie ever made. Dutch apple pie entered in the Sylvania Fall Fest Pie Contest. 1st Place Winner!
