Devon & Chris Branch
Founder, Lily & Lace Events

Devon launched Lily & Lace Events in 2021, bringing with her a background in management and banking and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. A Nashville native, she leads the team with creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to making each event uniquely personal.

Her husband, Chris, also a Nashville native, joined the Lily & Lace journey to lend his expertise in IT, maintenance, and custom event builds. From crafting one-of-a-kind décor pieces to bartending at events, Chris brings a hands-on, innovative touch to every celebration. He’s also the owner of Nexus Networking Co., a company providing data cabling solutions for both commercial and residential clients.

Together, Devon and Chris are a dynamic duo who balance business with fun. When they’re not working events, you can find them traveling to concerts and music festivals across the country.

Meet Lauren – Owner of Hair by Lala & Event Hair Specialist at Lily & Lace Events

Lauren is a talented hairstylist and a key member of the Lily & Lace Events team, bringing over 12 years of experience to every special event and wedding she touches. As the owner of Hair by Lala, Lauren has built a reputation for her exceptional skills in creating stunning, timeless hairstyles that make every client feel beautiful and confident on their big day.

Born and raised in Middle Tennessee, Lauren’s passion for hair started early, and she now specializes in special event and wedding hair, ensuring that every client’s vision comes to life with precision and style. With a heart for serving others, Lauren’s work goes beyond creating flawless looks—she strives to be the hands and feet of Jesus, pouring love, care, and kindness into everything she does.

In addition to her hair expertise, Lauren is a skilled social media marketing professional, helping her clients build their online presence and connect with their audience in meaningful ways. Her knowledge in both creative and business aspects allows her to bring a holistic approach to her work, making her an invaluable resource for brides and event clients.

When she’s not doing hair or building brands, Lauren loves staying active. Whether it’s playing with her son, hitting a CrossFit workout, or just enjoying time with her family, she’s always up for a new adventure.
