This was such a great gathering of powerful and beautiful women! I am so honored to be invited to this group! Yes those that know me… I cried. But I also laughed and made new friends.
This morning I attended the first LeadHership meeting that focused on building relationships with other amazing boss women in our community.

We will begin looking for volunteers and sponsors for National Assisted Living Week, September 8-14, 2024. The theme this year is Inspiring Generations. National Assisted Living Week was established by the National Center for Assisted Living in 1995 to provide an opportunity for residents, staff, volunteers, and the community to understand and be aware of the role of assisted living and caring for seniors and individuals with disabilities.
In 2023, Gracie Mae Events provided a bouquet of flowers for every dining room table for facilities in Bartholomew County. With the help of sponsors and volunteers, we placed 210 flower arrangements to be enjoyed by the residents, staff, and family in these centers. It provided a great teaching moment for children and adults alike. Keep an eye out for more information on how you can help whether it is donating vases, volunteering your time, or assisting with the purchase of flowers. We will provide updates on how you can help in the coming weeks.
