Hello and Welcome to our page! Michael and Gunnar are two former wrestlers who love the sport and love giving back to the sport. They would love to do a technique clinic for you!

Michael Williams: Michael was a 4X State placer, 3X state finalist, and a State Champion in his high school career. He went on to wrestle at NEO and became a NJCAA National Runner-Up. After his collegiate career was over he helped the norsemen win nationals titles being an assistant coach. Michael now runs the youth program in Claremore, Oklahoma.

Gunnar Woodburn: Gunnar was a 4X state qualifier, 3X State Finalist, and a 2X state champion. He went on to wrestle at the University of Wyoming where he was a varsity wrestler from 2013-2017. After his collegiate career was over he started coaching immediately. He is currently the assistant coach at Neosho County.
