It's SO MUCH MORE than yoga! It's a sisterhood of women uplifting and inspiring each other. What you gain physically is only one aspect of the workshop. We aim to aide you in gaining a stronger body, better posture, better coordination, etc. but again, that is JUST the physical aspect. You walk away from this program getting more restful nights of sleep, more energy. Are you overwhelmed? Struggle to make decisions? If you seek clarity, you'll gain that from the workshop as well.
