Hey y’all! So a little bit about me. I’m born and raised a Florida girl and live with my little family at the beach. Family includes my man, his baby boy, our two dogs, five tortoises, (yes 5!), and one chameleon. I have worked in construction and production management going on almost 5 years now and love the challenges and environment of this business. I have always had a passion for events, weddings, floral arrangements, decorations, makeup to get out my creative side. Anything artsy, where I’m creating something to bring joy to others is my favorite thing. If it puts a smile on your face, that’s happiness to the purest level to me. Floral arrangements has always been a hobby of mine, constantly going to Trader Joes and putting together arrangements for my dining room table. Recently I was asked if I was interested in creating bouquets and center pieces for a wedding coming up in November (y’all, her color pallet is amazing, can’t wait for this and to show everyone the pictures!), anyways that put my brain to work that maybe I can start taking my hobby to a more serious level. After some talks with the man, the best friend, and my mama... here we are Southern Stems! It’s gonna be a slow start at first but I’m hoping it brings everyone to “heart eyes” over these arrangements and I look forward to seeing and hearing your comments and recommendations! The biggest form of appreciation is sharing with your friends and family and following along my journey with Southern Stems. Xo
