Good morning everyone! We’re fired up a whole day early at Soul Shine! In Mountain Top! We have our traditional menu with us today, with the exception of pistachio. We did bring our pickle ranch however!

Let your soul shine this weekend, and treat yourself to some good vibes and pizza!

Our schedule has been filled with various celebrations over the past few weeks, including weddings, bridal showers, and a graduation party.

We look forward to continuing the festivities at Kirby Park on July 4th during a spectacular fireworks display to honor America's birthday.

We have one more PUBLIC pop up scheduled for the season. Stop by Soul Shine along route 309 in Mountain Top for some positive vibes, crystals to accent your decor and mood, and some delicious pizza. We’ll be there Saturday 10/28 - and Sunday 10/29 from 11am- 3pm.

We catered a christening for a wonderful family today. Our next public stop will most likely be the Fine Arts Fiesta in Wilkes Barre, Pa May 17-21.

Below is the “Mirko” pizza. Named after a napoletan friend of our pizzaiolo. It has broccoli rabe, Sausage, bacon, fresh fior di latte mozzarella, and marinated cherry tomatoes. 🤤

We will not be on public square in Wilkes barre tomorrow, October 13, for our regularly scheduled Farmers Market stop, due to oven maintenance. We will be competing in Atlantic City this weekend for best Margherita on the coast, and will hopefully be back next week, and at deep roots cidery on the 22nd.
