We were at Raleigh's International Food Fest over the weekend. We had a great time and tried out a few new crepes including a Florentine and PBJ!

Since then I have decided to donate the profits from the weekend to help those in Western NC. My heart breaks for those that were affected by Helene and our neighbors in the western part of the state they need the help more than me and this company. It isn't much but I pray it helps those who need it. We have already sent up supplies, donated to Samaritan's Purse, planning to send more supplies over and volunteer our time.

If you know of anyone up in WNC that is currently feeding people, if you could put me in touch CrepeTime would like to donate food and our time.

We pray for our neighbors in the western part of the state. Please do not give up hope. So many people in NC and from what I've heard all over the US are fighting, praying and working together for you. Don't give up hope. We got you. We are coming.

Please consider donating to Samaritan's Purse , they are based in the mountains and everything donated goes to WNC. My church has been working closely with them.

Please continue to pray for those still holding on hope to be found, those struggling to survive, those who lost everything, those stuck and confused, all the volunteers, families and friends.

Meet Chef Jessica

Jess has been with us since the ownership change. When not spinning crepes she is busy chasing 6 kids, going to baseball practice or soccer practice! She enjoys hanging with her and hubby, reading and loves true crimes documentaries!

Favorite dessert crepe: Strawberry Nutella
Favorite Entree: Cordon Bleu because the mustard sauce is amazing !

Meet Chef Rose!
When she is not slinging crepes She enjoys hanging out with her 8 grandchildren! Her and her husband enjoy camping and finding new camp spots. And she is a big Disney fan! She tries to get to Disney a couple times a year.

Her favorite crepe is the Apple Cinnamon Crepe.

Meet Chef Lily!!

She is our youngest Chefs/Helpers. She enjoys trying new and different types of crepes. When she isn't flipping she is at school, playing volleyball (or soccer) mostly volleyball 🏐! She is one of the sweetest chefs you will ever meet!

Favorite Crepe: French Toast with cream cheese and strawberries.

Today is also Lily's Birthday! Please help me wish Miss Lily a very Happy Birthday! She is also at a volleyball tournament today so let's send her some good vibes!!
