The mission of the Walter and Leonore Annenberg Presidential Conference Center is to provide quality facilities and technical support to academic, research, and cultural programs of the Texas A&M University System, the George Bush Library, and the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation. The Facility can host a variety of events such as banquets, lectures, workshops, receptions, performances,

etc. Our available banquet spaces include The Presidential Dining Room, room 1011B, and room 1011C. (Rooms 1011B/1011C can be combined into a larger event space.) Our auditoriums, Hagler and Frymire, can accommodate up to 300 and 600 guests, respectively. Lastly, our lobby can be utilized for conference registration, receptions, small ceremonies, etc. All spaces include optional use of a sound system, projection, podium, tables, and chairs. Vendor shout-out alert! Next, we are highlighting some of our other casual and full-service catering vendors. These two businesses coincidentally have their own store front as well! Napa Flats is located off of Texas Ave. and Harvey Rd., along with their brand new restaurant with a French inspired twist, Napa Flats Bistro, located off of Highway 6. As students prepare to go back to school, we are excited to welcome the new dean of the The Bush School of Government & Public Service, John Sherman. “George H.W. Bush was never one to rest on his laurels,” Sherman said. “He was always innovating. We must keep that spirit up. We’re going to stand on the shoulders of giants, but we’re also going to keep evolving at the school.”

The Annenberg Presidential Conference Center strives to deliver unparalleled personal and professional customer relations and to be the premier event facility at Texas A&M University. Offering quality Event Management support by understanding client needs and expectations. The staff at the APCC is dedicated to providing the best in customer satisfaction as well as upholding the core values of Texas A&M University and the Bush School of Government and Public Service.

In May of 1991, former President George H.W. Bush elected to make Texas A&M University home to his Presidential Library. The site of the George Bush Presidential Library Complex, which houses the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum, the Walter and Leonore Annenberg Presidential Conference Center, and the Bush School of Government and Public Service, consists of ninety acres on the West Campus of Texas A&M University. The conference center houses two auditoriums, three banquet spaces, the Political Science and Economics Library, the Bush School of Government and Public Service's Extended Education offices, and the George and Barbara Bush Foundation offices. In March of 2003, the George Bush Presidential Conference Center was renamed the Walter and Leonore Annenberg Presidential Conference Center.
