We are still smoking Turkeys Hams Briskets and Ribs this year...I need your orders by Sunday November 19th and if you are providing your own meat I need them by Monday November 20th...we will also still be catering dinners and plates!!! 🐔🐔🐔Big Bro's Sauce Boss Sticky Chicken Recipe 🐔🐔🐔
(I found this recipe on the Internet and tweaked it to make it my own flavors, it's absolutely delicious and easy to make ...I suggest you try it...I promise you will make it again)

INGREDIENTS:
8-10 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs or chicken of your choice...I used thighs because they ultimately have more flavor
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sriracha
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon garlic powder(you can skip this step, I happen to like garlic so I used both minced and powder)
1 tablespoon onion powder
And if you choose season chicken with plain salt and pepper but not too much!!!! Some ingredients used are already salty

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add chicken to a large container with top or a large Ziploc bag. Combine remaining ingredients and add to chicken and mix well then marinate chicken for 6-10 hours (or overnight).
Heat a large cast iron skillet over medium heat. Add just enough vegetable oil to skillet to coat the bottom. Once oil and pan are hot, add chicken pieces, save the marinade. The honey in the marinade can burn if you cook these too hot so be sure to have your temperature on medium heat hot enough to bubble and sizzle but not hot enough to scorch the chicken. Cook chicken on all sides until browned. You are not trying to cook the chicken through, just sear it.
Pour marinade into skillet. Place skillet, uncovered, in oven and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour, basting chicken pieces 3-4 times during the hour.
I highly recommend using a cast iron skillet for this dish but you can definitely sear it in a frying pan and switch the chicken over to a baking dish and bake with the same method. I served mine on top of a bed of whipped potatoes with collard greens and cornbread. ENJOY!!!!! 🤤
