It’s about thyme we give our hard-working garden some appreciation 🌿🥒

Let’s raise a glass to using fresh, local ingredients. “Sustainability” can often feel like an overused buzzword nowadays to make folks feel better about the brands they support. We take it seriously and are committed to being the most sustainable beverage service in Utah (and beyond). Here are a few ways we’re implementing this:

🌱 You guessed it - a garden!

🍋 Fresh juice. Fake citrus juice just isn’t our thing, and purchasing whole fruits saves on packaging!

♻️ We bring recycling bins to events and haul it off if the venue doesn’t have recycling dumpsters

🖤 We value partnering with and supporting local businesses like .roots and 😘

⚡️We are saving for and planning to transition to a fully electric fleet in the coming years.

🌎 We source eco-friendly cups, biodegradable straws, and napkins from environmentally responsible companies.

Who planted a garden this year? Our herb garden is springing up for all of the events we have lined up with garden-to-glass cocktails. We value using local ingredients and supporting our local partners.

MECCA’S LIBRARY 🤓📚

I often get asked how I learned to bartend, or what bars I worked in. The truth is, I don’t have any formal training as a bartender (seriously though, 3am closings just aren’t for me).

One of my favorite parts about Mecca is the opportunity I have to share this knowledge with friends and clients (clients are friends, let’s be honest). The ability to elevate events from standard drinks to culinarily inspired craft cocktails keeps me learning. Our updated menu will be dropping soon, and I’m so very excited to share it with you!
