We have amazing clients! In these days of coronavirus causing our clients to sadly cancel trips they have had their hearts set on, some which are once-in-a-lifetime trips, they now are requesting to be reimbursed and rightly so. We are communicating our procedure to reimburse as quickly as possible when business starts up again.

I am grateful to my clients as they gracefully acknowledge the situation and we both agree to work together to credit their accounts and keep our business operating.
