Hi friends! Amelia here.
Today is my birthday 🎉 but I thought it would also be the perfect day to officially introduce myself — in case you’ve ever wondered who’s behind a lot of the posts you see here at Blooming With Life.
Bethany is always the head of the business and the driving force behind what we grow and do, but I get the fun job of bringing the blooms to your screens — sharing our story, our flowers, and all the behind-the-scenes moments with you.
A little about me:
I’m a social media manager and have been with Blooming With Life since May, but I’ve been in the social media world for several years.
I also work as a barista at Kay’s Kafe, which means I’m almost always running on coffee and creativity.
I’m a big reader with an ever-growing (okay, overflowing) book collection.
Photography has been a passion of mine since high school, from darkroom film days to digital storytelling.
I’m a lifelong Taylor Swift fan (since 2006!) and have been lucky enough to see her on the Eras Tour, I love her music but I like a lot of artists as well.
I’m a sports fan football, hockey, basketball and I’m starting to into baseball (mainly banana ball 🤣)
I own a small business called Ivy Avenue, where I create jewelry and accessories — and love connecting with customers at local markets and events.
Three days a week, I watch five amazing kids ranging in age from almost 10 down to almost 2 — and I absolutely adore them. They keep me laughing, learning, and on my toes.
I’m passionate about working with small businesses, finding ways to connect people to the heart behind the brand.
