Last minute ideas. The good people at Continuum Distilling asked me to be a part of their 4th anniversary/ fort hill bourbon batch 4 release. So im headed out to throw down this Saturday 2/24. There will be a few "test batch" surprise menu items available as well if this gains enough traction from now until Saturday. Share the hell out of this for me please

Superbowl preorder menu. this is going to be a "grill ready" set up. meaning you pick up saturday to reheat for your party on sunday.

pop up will be at continuum distilling in waterbury, ct with pick up between 2 and 9 pm

Throwing up a last minute menu for pick up on Sunday. All orders can be made grill ready for you to reheat on Monday of you're partying then. Pick up will be from 12-1 on Sunday. Please order by Saturday at noon if interested.

Fque signature dry rub, Apple bourbon bbq sauce

Sweet chili pork belly burnt ends (limited quantity) - $25 lb
Sweet chili Asian bbq, sticky nuggets of love

Chipotle maple smoked wings - $24 dozen

Bourbon apple pie pit beans - $8 pint
Fort hill bourbon pie spiced apples, slow simmered beans, pit smoked

Smoked Mexican Street corn - $8 pint
Esquites style (off the cob)smoked sweet corn, chili lime crema, fresh cilantro

3 cheese creamy smoked mac - $8 pint
Aged cheddar, jack, and alpine Swiss cheese, cheddar cracker crumb.
