The Longfield family lost their son at birth, turning one of life's biggest tragedies into a non-profit organization that has been helping other suffering families, The CAL Foundation. Until today, they continue to make such a positive impact on our community by helping others in more ways than one.

"Since Caleb died, we have struggled with why this happened to us – to him; we did everything right, everything we could have done to keep him safe. The changed world we walked into was darker, but by being shown that darkness, we have been able to experience light like never before. Light that comes in the form of support, love, and compassion.

In memory of Caleb, and as a way to continue to spread light in his name, we created The Caleb Andrew Longfield Foundation. We will strive to support families who have embarked on a journey they never asked for, nor never wanted to be on. " - Sarah and Chad Longfield.

This sweet couple not only started their own business and dessert truck making delicious chocolate and treats for all occasions, but they also give back by donating a percentage of each purchase to the Alzheimer's Association!

Make sure to visit their website or page to view their menu and to check out their upcoming events at a location near you! You can even book their dessert truck and have them come to your neighborhood to spread some joy all year around!

New year, new website, new inspiration...

Although our events have been paused due to the craziness of 2020, we feel it's important to share the acts of kindness that inspire us!

We added a new section to our website "Blog with a Purpose". The blog will be updated periodically with a new business or individual who help out the community or give back to charities around the world.

We would like to kick it off by featuring this awesome volunteer group, Little Helpers of Cleveland. This program is designed to help young people understand the value of volunteering, recognize the blessings in their lives, broaden their community perspective and build confidence.

During these times, it's important to focus on the positive and there's plenty of it around!

Happy Friday Eve! We are excited to announce that we will have a booth at this weekend's event so come visit us!

We will have a booth at PCRF - Palestine Children's Relief Fund this Saturday at La Villa Banquet Hall and we will be signing up anyone who is interested in our first event ever -- Galentines Spa Party!
