Wondering what it takes to do a room flip from ceremony to reception? Here’s a sneak peek 🫣 Sometimes, a room flip may be necessary for Plan B or perhaps your venue requires it if there is no outdoor ceremony space available. Having experienced vendors is key 🔑 it’s an all hands on deck transition which your wedding planner/coordinator will typically oversee to ensure things are done in a timely manner. Remember, your caterer and other vendors will only have 1 hour to complete the flip, any delays may delay the start of your reception. I had the pleasure of working @monacodc with their amazing catering staff and catering sales manager. Pre-setting the guests tables was a great way to save time. Your florist may need to remain on site after the ceremony to help out. Make sure she knows this ahead of time so they can plan accordingly.
