♻️Sustainable weddings! We rented plants from for this beautiful wedding at .

Not only is it an inexpensive way to get lots of green at your wedding, guests were able to take home plants as gifts. Anything that wasn’t taken home went back to the nursery to find a home somewhere else 🥰❤️😍

We can’t wait to this again! Can you imagine the possibilities for customs/hand painted pots?!? 😍😍😍😍😍😍

LIGHTING!!! 💡💡💡💡 You can have the most beautiful decor but it won’t do you any good unless people can see it! Even just simple up-lights can make a huge difference if you don’t want to pay for a full lighting company. Lighting sets the mood 😉

Our dogs are our children and we want them at our weddings! 🥰🐾

Tips for including your fur babies in your big day:

1. Get your dog use to people and expose to them to large groups. Weddings are a new experience and you don’t want your baby to be scared all day.

2. Know your pup’s limit. If they can only handle being there for the ceremony and photos then have someone take them home after.

3. Hire a dog loving photographer. Not everyone is use to working with animals and it takes a lot of patience. Their energy will effect your energy and your fur baby’s so choose wisely!

4. Consider hiring a wedding day dog handler like . Not only do they have adorable clothes available for pups of all sizes, but they will pick up, handle and dog sit during your event. If this isn’t an option, make sure you have a plan for who will keep an eye on the pup.

5. Keep simple treats on hand to help when taking photos AND a special treat to thank them for participating is always a nice gesture too. 😄

You are going to be spending ALOT of time with your photographer. Find someone who’s photo style you like, but also someone you can see yourself having fun with on your wedding day.

The more comfortable you are with them, the more fun you’ll have and better your pictures will turn out in the end.

One of our favorite weddings “Hacks” is reusing the arbor floral and bride’s maids bouquets on head tables and other places in the reception area. This arbor was turned into this gorgeous head table in about 15min! We love doing more with a little, your wedding doesn’t always have to break the bank, sometimes you just need to think outside the box. 🤷‍♀️
