What does a coordinator do? 🤷♀️🤪
✨Handle vendor issues (WITHOUT YOU KNOWING)
✨Set up your personal decor like memory tables, welcome tables and signage.
✨Set personal items on tables (in this case that was setting the whole table)
✨Put out floral arrangments
✨Handle a flip (when a ceremony space becomes the reception space)
✨Put out couple provided food or drinks when not handled by the cater
✨Put out any fires 🔥 like fixing the dress
✨Stress free cleanup and assisting to load up cars.

✨It can be an activity for during cocktail hour or the reception.
✨You can custom pens as as favors but they’ll also get used right away!
✨ Each guest gets an envelope, a piece of paper, and a pen.
✨ Each envelope had a pre determined number on it. This is the anniversary when the couple will open your letter.
✨ Have a box or mailbox for guests to put their letters when they finish. My couple called it a “Time-capsule”
