Good morning fellow foodies,

Here is my menu for next week's meals.

First up for individual meals I have a delicious Roasted Vegetable Lasagna, loaded with lots of yummy roasted summer veggies, and layered with creamy Bechamel sauce and smoked mozzarella cheese, served with Caesar Salad and Homemade Garlic Knots.

Next up is a perfect summer meal! A salad composed of Grilled Peaches, crumbled Stilton Cheese, crisp Bacon and topped with Grilled Marinated Steak and a Balsamic Vinaigrette, and served with Homemade Garlic Knots.

I ask that all orders are in by 5PM Monday evening, and delivery is Wednesday afternoon and evening.

Good Morning Fellow Foodies!!

Here is my menu for this week. A nice combination of summer favorites!!

First up for individual meals is this delicious Chicken Piccata with Penne, Green Salad and Grilled Garlic Bread. This meal is perfect for a summer evening, its light and lemony and accompanied by a delicious fresh green salad with homemade green goddess dressing and grilled garlic bread. Let's face it, the grill makes everything taste better!

Next on the menu is my popular Pulled Pork Sliders/w Baked Beans & Potato Salad. These pulled pork sliders are not your ordinary sliders, they are dressed with caramelized onions, maple bacon marmalade, and Munster cheese, then brushed with Chex mix butter, topped with everything seasoning and toasted to melty perfection. If that's not enticing enough they come with homemade baked beans and dilly potato salad.

Last but definitely not least on the menu is the Grilled Chicken BLT Salad w/Roasted Corn & Maple Walnut Vinaigrette. Starting with delicious marinated, grilled chicken, then adding in thick cut bacon, perfectly ripe tomatoes, and finished with roasted corn, served with Maple Walnut Vinaigrette. This salad is sure to be a hit!! Oh and did I mention, its served with Grilled Garlic Bread too!!!!! Delicious!!!

In The Bake Shop, I'm offering Homemade Lemon Meringue Pie by the slice. This pie is the perfect ending to any of these meals or any meal in general!! Tart, sweet, cool, creamy, all things summer! Enjoy!!

I have designed these menus as collections to make food pairing decisions easier, however if you are looking to customize and create your own menu, that is definitely possible as well.

I have a passion to prepare food, using local ingredients as much as possible and supporting local businesses. The menu is also designed around highlighting seasonal ingredients. Good morning Fellow Foodies!!!! Its been a few weeks, but I'm back from a very needed vacation with my family. I've been working on some new items and my catering menus, and am excited to share them with you soon. Here is my takeout menu for this Wednesday's delivery.

For Individual Meals, I have my oh so popular comfort meal Meatloaf w/ mashed potatoes, gravy and buttered corn, next up, is a nice light summery entree, Bruschetta Chicken with Pesto Tortellini Salad & Grilled Summer Vegetables.

For Tapas this week, I have Southwestern Eggrolls w/Avocado ranch dressing.

Last but not least from The Bakeshop, are my homemade delicious Whoopie Pies, where the cream is made with butter and not shortning. Absolutely one of my favorites!!!!

For individual meals, I have Turkey Pot Pie with buttery biscuits and a fresh fruit salad, also on the menu is a delicious Beef Stew with Homemade Beer Bread and Green Salad.

For Tapas this week indulge in some yummy Buffalo Chicken Dip with Homemade Pita Chips.
