In preparation for my husband's birthday dinner, I went to the farmers market for ingredients and paused at Horseshoe Bend Cellars Vineyard & Winery for a wine tasting, which, true to form, did not disappoint. The Cellars Concord variety has a taste akin to grape juice with an added kick, prompting thoughts of mixing it with Peanut Butter Whiskey for a unique cocktail.
