Precious Moments Creations takes great pride in helping you with your custom products. Please inbox us for any information or to place your orders.

***PLEASE READ BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER***
TERMS & AGREEMENT: All orders require full payment up front. Design Proofs are sent 48 business hours after payment is received. Design Proofs include up to two changes, after then, a $5 fe

e will be applied for each change. The Sublimation process is ink infused, which could cause imperfections on shirts like white lines (armpits, folds in shirt, sleeves, seams, white heat spots, dye migration (color seeping). As we at Precious Moments Creations works hard to create a perfect item every time, these things are not preventable with the Sublimation process. Please have as much information as you can when it comes to placing your order (date needed, quantities, & sizes), as this cuts down on the Design to Proof turnaround time. The business owner reserves the rights to charge a per call consultation fee. RUSH FEES may be applied to any order outside of the standard shipping/completion window of 3-5 business days or longer depending on quantity ordered. Completion Times- order completion is based on the date your proof is approved or your order is paid (depending on the item(s) purchased. Completion time is based solely on business days. Anything after 3PM CST is considered the next business day. If you do not read the terms & agreement, by placing an order with Precious Moments Creations, you are legally agreeing to these terms and agreement. Precious Moments Creations will not be held liable for any packages once they are dropped off or picked up locally by a 3rd Party Carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS, etc...). Custom items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-transferable. If Precious Moments Creations created the error, we will do our best to correct the error or apply a credit.
