Had so much fun with last week! It was crazy hot outside but we were able to take the party inside. Let PlaidyBus bring the party to you this summer! Even though it's too hot to paint in the bus for the next couple months, I will still drive it for your photo ops! More pics from Camp T.A.L.K. will be posted tomorrow!!! 🌞

This heat has hit early this year and that big Angry Sun is coming for us! ☀️🫠🥵🌡️ Because of this, our limited availability (which usually is through July and August) is effective immediately. This means PlaidyBus is still available for evening events and for on-site events (where we bring the supplies and set up inside your air conditioned venue). So give us a call if you want to one of these or to book something anytime in September and beyond! In the meantime, if anyone has a magic whistle🪈, we can skip all this nonsense and warp to Giant Land! Stay protected and hydrated out there, folks!

For clarity: The bus does have AC and fans! However, they are not powerful enough for this extreme heat and dangerously high UV index. We are, after all, a giant box made of steel and glass, so it gets HOT inside. The rest of the year is nice and comfortable and easy to regulate.

Another blacklight birthday party!🖤💡 This was cool because we started while it was still light outside. By the time we finished, the sun had set and our art was all a glow! This is a fun option for when you want the black light experience, but don't want to start too late. 💜🎨🌸

Happy National Pet Day! Did you know PlaidyBus offers a Paint Your Pet party? You send in your favorite pet photo, and I draw it on the canvas ahead of your party. Then I will assist your group and teach techniques for you to achieve beautiful, unique portraits of your beautiful unique fur-fam. 💜🐕🐈‍⬛🖌️

If you are a dog parent looking for some easy creative fun at home, check out these abstract masterpieces my dogs painted for me!
1. Sq**rt some acrylic paint on a small canvas.
2. Put the canvas in a ziplock bag.
3. Cover the bag with something tasty. I used peanut butter and kibble.
4. Let your dog "paint." (Probably want to do this outside)
5. Remove from bag, allow to dry, and marvel at the perfection!
