Thank you to everyone who came today to our Kick Off to Summer Party! We are FINALLY home and settled after a very busy, but fun day! Donna and I, definitely, put in a lot of work to make this all happen, but we both agreed it was worth it. The smiles on the kid’s faces this afternoon were absolutely priceless. It was also nice to see all the parents together just hanging out and mingling. On the downside, we unfortunately, missed out on our photographer today, due to her being sick, so if you have ANY pictures or videos, please send them to me! I was too busy hosting to even think about it! I would really appreciate it! Thank you all again and for your support of Blast Off Bounce! Our summer party was a total success! 🫶🏻🥰

Just a few days ago, a toddler was killed in a tragic accident involving a bounce house in Arizona. 😔 For as much fun as these are, they can be equally dangerous if the proper precautions are not taken. We are sharing this story to shed light on the importance of bounce house safety and how it ultimately starts with the company itself.

When we founded our company just over a year ago, we aimed to stand out not only in our brand's appearance and the services we offer but also, and more importantly, in our commitment to safety. We did tons of research and to educate ourselves on all the ways possible to practice good bounce house safety standards. One of the things we came across was SIOTO, the Safe Inflatable Operators Training Organization. This organization provides you with the best training programs out there to ensure that you, as an owner, are armed with the "knowledge and practices necessary to not only meet but surpass the industry’s evolving safety standards." We, of course, immediately jumped on it! We began the rigorous training and soon after became SIOTO-certified! We learned everything there was to know to prevent any kind of mishap, issue or accident, from setup, to breakdown, and everything in between. This would also include making sure the customers understand, and adhere, to the posted rules when renting an inflatable. While the weather can usually be predicted, it can change in a minute. This is why we always, continuously, monitor it throughout the day, to protect our customers from a potential disaster.

Along with the education from sioto.com, we also learned about the Watchdog Blower Siren. This is a device that is plugged into the blowers of an inflatable. It uses a patented smart chip that automatically detects if the blower is shut off, loses power, or if there is sudden air loss. If it detects an issue, it lets off a loud siren that will alert everyone to immediately exit the bounce house. A deflating bounce house is another common safety hazard that can cause suffocation, dangerous falls, or even death. The Watchdog Siren is the #1 thing that we believe sets us apart from every other local, inflatable party rental company, and we include this amazing safety feature for free!
