It's my take on a Blueberry pancake cupcake with maple butter cream cheese frosting and fresh thick cut bacon to top it off!

We want to thank Gourmet by Ja’nae for this amazing cake. One of the best cakes I've ever had personally. She did an awesome job for my wife's 40th. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Seriously tasted soooo good. Her chocolate bark is also something to try. Loved it!!

Had a blast at my last job because I had the best boss in the world but I Love to be home and in my cooking environment. Have been working on new recipes and trying to make food from different cultures. Tonight is Indian food. Butter Chicken. My favorite!!
